When you give yourself to someone who doesn’t respect you, you surrender pieces of your soul that you’ll never get back. There comes a point when you have to let go and stop chasing some people. If someone wants you in their life, they’ll find a way to put you there. Sometimes you just need to let go and accept the fact that they don’t care for you the way you care for them. The Value of a Woman
This is written in the Hebrew Talmud, the book where all of the sayings and preaching of Rabbis are conserved over time. It says:
“Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal, under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved.”
